Dr. Browder Presents Congressional Perspective to International Forum on Chemical Demilitarization

Former Congressman Glen Browder presented his take on congressional perspectives toward international chemical weapons destruction on May 26, 2004, at St. Petersburg, Russia.

Dr. Browder, Eminent Scholar in American Democracy at Jacksonville State University, told the forum that Congress is growing frustrated with the program and that American taxpayers demand responsible attention and action on the program.
