Eminent Scholar Glen Browder presented views on leadership to California State University student officials at the Panetta Institute Leadership Seminar in June.

Dr. Browder participated in the seminar on leadership in a time of challenge and change with former White House Chief of Staff Leon Panetta and current California Secretary of State Bruce McPherson. The annual program for elected study body officers from throughout the California State University system was held at the Leon and Sylvia Panetta Institute on Public Policy at California State University Monterey Bay.
