Browder Helps With Seminars In Central America

Browder helped conduct seminars on democratic civil-military relations for
leaders of several Central American countries in September.
Dr. Browder led discussion of “Legislatures and the
National Defense”, “The Media and the Military” and “Defense Reorganization”
at San Salvador during the week of September 11-13. The former Congressman
was asked to participate in the program by the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School’s
Center for Civil-Military Relations. |
